These are simple lenses having a flat surface on one side and a spherical surface on the other. They are also very close to the form which minimizes spherical aberration for infinite conjugate applications. Our glass lenses are made from the highest grade of optical glass. ◦There are three types of plano convex lenses available; synthetic fused silica for wavelengths less than 350nm ultraviolet light, and synthetic fused silica lens for excimer laser wavelengths such as KrF (248nm) and ArF (193nm).
