  • It is used M6 size or 1/4 inch size screws for fixing this stage and on the top of the table with tapped holes.
  • It is available to mount these stages directly on vibration isolation systems or laboratory benches by using holes for M6 screws or 1/4 inch screws.

  • Micrometer brackets may extend above the top surface of some stages. Check drawings for more information.
  • Note that some samples might not be able to be fixed on the stage depending on their shapes, or required travel might not be ensured.
