◦ Reflectivity’s of 99.999% and 99.995 respectively, are achieved from our coating design and manufacturing process technology that has been developed over several years.
◦ By incorporating ion beam sputtering (IBS), these high density optical coatings yield superior performance and yield minimal surface defects.
◦Low-scattering substrates with surface flatness Ra<0.1nm through special polishing and metrology techniques.
◦Scattering loss from the substrate and the coating is extremely small.  When these mirrors are incorporated into a cavity, they will yield high finesse and narrow spectral bandwidths.
