Tilt Stages
Tilt stages are used to adjust the angle of samples placed on the table top.
Sigma Koki's tilt stages consist of two plates having the top plate supported by three points,
and tilt the stage by using one point among the three as a fulcrum.
- Adjustment ring type
Not fitted with scale, ideal for simple adjustment. - Micrometer type / Fine-pitch type
Travel while making fine adjustment.
