
These lenses feature a central through-hole along the optical axis, designed to facilitate the transmission of X-rays for simultaneous optical and X-ray analysis or imaging.
Constructed from untreated stainless steel to minimize outgassing, a side degassing hole is incorporated to expedite the removal of trapped air between the lens and the lens barrel, further enhancing vacuum performance. The central X-ray through-hole is available in two configurations: a transparent version for direct X-ray transmission and a non-transparent version for applications where X-ray transmission is not required.
These lenses are ideal for use in synchrotron facilities, X-ray microscopy, and other high-energy physics experiments where precise optical focusing and vacuum compatibility are essential in harsh vacuum conditions.
