◦A dichroic mirror reflect 1064nm and 1480nm and transmit visible light and a heat absorbing filter absorbing infrared wavelength are assembled with Nikon's filter cube (C-FL). By introducing a laser light from laser optical tweezer or IR-LEGO to an objective lens, infrared light to the imaging system can be absorbed.
